Tracy-Anne is a UK-based former director, senior manager, and lead for commercial, public, and charity sector organisations. She founded her first business in 2018 a boutique training and coaching consultancy.

What is her experience?

She has  30 years experience in construction, retail, hospitality, recruitment, education, supply chain, international trade, public, and charity sectors she has trained 100’s of managers over the last 15 years from a wide range of industries including call centre operational managers and supervisors, first-line managers in operational roles, middle and senior managers. She works regularly with CEOs and Executive level senior staff.

What is her area of expertise?

30 years, being a supervisor, team leader, manager, and director, training and managing 1000’s of people, Tracy-Anne will admit, she got it disastrously wrong in the early days but, she now knows how to set a firm foundation from which to lead a team.  

It’s these foundations Tracy-Anne has used to create her business to Mentor, Support, and Coach Managers. During her career, she become qualified to train and coach managers. She is now on a mission to show Business Owners, HR Directors, HR professionals, and Managers how to achieve confidence, knowledge, and skill which supports the managers to MAXIMISE PERFORMANCE!

David is a passionate collaborator and that is why his journey as an associate with TA Barker Associates has been so successful.

What is his experience?

A qualified tutor, life coach, and Wellness professional  he can be regularly heard saying  ‘Your proverbial kick up the bum to get you back on track!’

His clients have “got back on track” via his proven coaching methods, and he runs a thriving online community for well-being professionals.

In his associate work for TA Barker Associates, he supports and coaches individuals to help them gain clarity and accountability to help develop their skills and knowledge. A trained tutor, he has worked with 100’s of individuals over the last few years and receives excellent feedback.

What is his area of expertise?

He founded his own coaching business because he is passionate about inspiring others to make positive changes in their lives. We often have big goals and desires in life but are not always sure how to get them. Having been there himself, he now makes it his life’s work to help others achieve their dreams.

As a man who has gone from 32 stone to 14 stone, he has a unique understanding of the challenges that come from adopting a healthier lifestyle, focusing on the goals you want to achieve in your professional and personal life. He now uses his years of experience and training to support others through their own journeys. David is now a successful businessman running multiple businesses.

Having worked in the corporate sector for several years, in 2017 Kirstin started Core Green Business Services and was the first associate to work on a freelance basis with TA Barker Associates.

What is her experience?

She is a highly organised and proactive independent Business Manager, Project Manager, and Personal Assistant who can take away tasks that are just taking up too much of your day.

With 30 years of experience supporting senior people and teams in many different settings both private and public sector, Kirstin has a wealth of knowledge and is dedicated to providing the most effective support services possible.

What is her area of expertise?

She is naturally a productive person and highly motivated with a happy and confident nature. She has great communication skills both in writing and verbally with a solid work ethic demonstrating discretion and confidentiality when required. Her experience and knowledge can be applied across any sector.

Jody Woodbridge

As a mum to two boys, Jody is no stranger to hard work. Her work journey began when she was just 12 years old, as a Papergirl and since then she has worked in many fields including Hospitality, Automotive, and Administration.

What is her experience?

She is trained in Mental Health first aid and has many years of management experience. Jody opened Spiritual Wellness in 2021 she is a qualified Energy Healer, Self-Care Alchemist, and Founder. Her business helps individuals explore their spirituality, ask questions, receive energy healing, practice intuitive writing and journaling, all whilst working with the moon and their natural cycles.

What is her area of expertise?

Jody runs her own Group Mentoring Programmes and has a vast array of experience working with authors to support them with organising and researching their manuscripts. A natural organiser, Jody met Tracy-Anne in 2021 and she supports Tracy-Anne through her work as a Virtual Assistant with the much-anticipated publication of Tracy-Anne’s first book.

A mum to two boys, step mum, and grandma, and an all-around lover of everything creative and dancing barefoot in the rain. Sarah first met Tracy-Anne when she moved to Maidstone in 2018,  this is a real-life story of when neighbours become good friends.

What is her experience?

With over 35 years of experience working in both public and private sectors as a Secretary, Administrator, and Director-level PA, Sarah set up her Virtual Assistant Business in 2020.

Lovingly nicknamed the “Rottweiler”, because she never lets go of anything until she achieves her aim.

What is her area of expertise?

She loves helping time-poor business owners tackle their admin mountains. She has qualified as a Book-keeper and gained a Copywriting qualification to ensure that she can keep meeting the needs of her customers.  Tracey Anne was also Sarah’s first client and it was through Tracy-Anne’s trust in appointing Sarah as editor of the TA Barker Newsletter that Sarah realised her dream of writing and found her niche.

Nikkie Mort

Associate Virtual Assistant - Training Coordination and Administration

Nikkie is a dedicated professional, who strives to hit all targets and enjoys the process of tracking forecasts as well as setting and working within budgets. She communicates well with all levels within a business, including suppliers, clients, and senior directors. Nikkie’s great customer service and administration skills will make her a valuable asset to any business.

What is her experience?

Nikkie has worked in a variety of senior management roles within the leisure industry, in both public and private sectors, and gained extensive customer service and administration experience. Her key skills lie in management analysis and reporting, budgeting, planning , and risk management. Nikkie’s professional history includes managing and developing the programmes for leisure centres including running and developing Swim Schools.

What is her area of expertise?

Nikkie always has a methodical and common-sense approach to any task. Her ability to prioritise and organise herself in a fast-paced environment ensures all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. She has worked in regulated businesses, allowing her to apply her ability to adhere to strict internal and external guidelines. She is a talented communicator and has honed her skills through her reception and customer service background.
