Tracy-Anne has been a CSR champion or Social Responsibility champion which is also known as Social Value, since her teenage years.
CSR can help your business flourish and grow, and also your community and local socio-economic environment.
As well as being the initial founder of CSR2025, a forum for business to share good practice, find out what could work for their organisation. Networking with potential charity and social enterprise partners and exploring how they can get involved with CSR opportunities and maximise the business benefits, she also volunteers with the following organisations:

- Aylesford School, in partnership with the Careers & Enterprise Co
- Longfield Academy as a governor
