With over 30 years of experience in the Construction, Retail, Recruitment, Professional Services, Charity, Public Sector, Training, Education, Supply Chain, Overseas Trading and Hospitality industries, we understand the pressures you and your team face on a day to day basis.

Founder and CEO Tracy-Anne Barker, has extensive experience in helping businesses and individuals who commit to making change. She understands how frustrating it can be when your team is not performing and your managers need support. 

Prior to starting the business in 2018, she spent over 20 years managing small and large teams in many different sectors.  

 

As a qualified Coach and trainer, she is personally away of the impact training can make on an organisation. Both she and her team help hundreds of managers each year. We provide ambitious and growing organisations  with experts who partner with you to build long-term relationships, deliver practical and strategic solutions, personalised to suit you.
